I took my Ranger Wildtrak to Flawless Gloss today to have multiple small dents looked at. They have been bugging me since I’ve had the car. As someone who is pretty fussy with my expectations, I was very impressed. The panels are super smooth and I’m unable to see where the work was carried out. I highly recommend Ahmad and his team. It’s nice dealing with someone that cares about my car as much as I do.

I had a few fairly deep scratches on the left side wheel arch which have completely been removed and he also fixed a cracked tail light as part of the work, which all look as good as new. I am grateful to David the way he managed the whole accident thing that my car (Toyota Camry 2016) met in a parking lot (Chadstone) and I had to wait a very long time to resolve who was in fault. Upon David's advice to engage a professional lawyer to solve the problem; and I won the case in my favour. And what a fantastic repair job he had done with my car. His repair centre did an amazing work including some touch up of my old scratches (some were really big) and few panel works by going out of their way. And, I did not have to pay a dime to get my car fixed; all is covered by the guy's insurance who was at fault.The moment I saw that car I could not stop smiling. I wish I had a couple of extra stars to give him for his great support in time of stress me and my wife had gone through due to the accident. Wow what an amazing job these guys did. My 6mths old Kona N line, I somehow managed to put an enormous scratch (down to the bare metal) whist reversing out of my garage,plus 2 smaller scratches higher up, a large groove to the bumper. Never even felt it 🤔.Phoned these guys, told to bring it down anytime before 2pm, which I did the very next day.They immediately assessed the damaged, gave me an on the spot quote 👍, which I must admit was a lot less than I was anticipating , got it booked in two days later.It was so perfect, absolutely spot on, wouldn’t have known there had been anything wrong.They even gave it a detailed clean 🤩. 1st time I’ve needed to go through the process of panel repairs. Shane is straight to the punch. Very organized and helpful with insurance info etc. I did the research and unsure where to go for my repairs was only confirmed that when the insurance assessor ( 3rd party ) mentioned that this is the place to go when other companies stuff up. This put my mind at ease. They quoted a 5 day turn around, but completed my works in 4 days. Perfect finish. Very honest and transparent communication from the team. After being totally devastated about my beautiful car being rear ended, it was a total accident that I came across Flawless Gloss Carrum Downs and it turned out to be the best thing that could have ever happened, I was very sceptical and nervous and they were nothing but reassuring and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, I was just expecting them to fix the damage at the back but when I picked up my car I was shocked, it looked brand new, they went above and beyond, not only did they replace the back and install a new tow bar, they fixed my front cracked grill free of charge, vaccumed my car, buffed out every scratch, polished the entire car including tyres and rims, although I hope I won't need them again, I won't ever go anywhere else, I can not recommend them enough, thank you so much 🙏

I used Flawless Gloss recently after being in a not at fault accident requiring some exterior body and paint work.I was blown away by the service, the team organised everything (including arranging a hire car) and I barely had to lift a finger. Not to mention the repair was absolutely perfect. Couldn’t be happier, would recommend.

3rd car into Flawless Gloss in 3 years. This was was my perfectionist dads 2015 Holden ute. So glad I chose Flawless Gloss. Dad was amazed with the repair… could not see where it had been done.
